I DID IT AGIAN.. THATS 2 DAYS IN A ROW I'M DOING ONE OF RICHARD SIMMONS DVD'S BLAST AND TONE... MAN IT REALLY IS HARD WORK, BUT I KNOW IT WILL GET BETTER WITH TIME, AND I WILL BE BALE TO DO MORE AB EXERCISES THAN I CAN DO NOW. COME ON YOU GUYS... BLAST WITH ME.. TONE WITH ME.... WOO HOO !!!

Okay, not sure if the trend on this post is to yell out our exercise, but I'm bringing the letters down. LOL I walked 4 miles on the local high school track while waiting for my son.  I didn't realize I was going to walk so far but the practice kept going on and on and on and on.  I haven't done the track in a million years and I didn't realize how much faster I would do it. Have no idea how many calories or anything but it felt good to just move.  Tonight we have orientation at my school so I am working til 8:30 and missing my weight lifting class.  That is totally bumming me out!!!

I Turbo Jammed, again.    I needed it.  Hasn't been a good day.  Had my first weigh-in at JC today.  Measley .8.  Yeah, that is a decimal point in front of the 8.  And did I mention the stinkin' decimal point in front of the 8!!!!  LOL  Some of it's friends better be checking out by next week, that's all I know.

Turbo is the only thing that really gets me going.  Cardio and muscle toning at once, gotta love it.  And did I mention I hate sit-ups!?!

Just my usual 1 mile of walking a day. (To & from work.)  Monday I did 2 miles tho.  I don't exercise much... Always seems I'm too busy and have so much to do.  I do have free time after 10pm and that's when I should do my exercising but who wants to work out at 10pm??

andy does! she usta like to work out at night like that! I did wog yesterday...my usual one hour. Confession:  TODAY, however, i slept in cuz I was up most of the night NOT sleeping.  BUTT I am about to embark on a new plan Sunday...DH at work..me on a bike most of the day on Sunday!!!!  Every Sunday!!!!
