yep, i am going in late Thursday afternoon. prediction: down a hair, maybe 2#??? I know I have lost inches...I can wear some stuff that wasn't working so well a few weeks ago. I have been too busy to eat many days. Now, down in SF this past weekend, I likely made up for a couple of those low cal days, but i still think I am down overall.

It's here ALREADY!?!?!?!!?!? Geeze Louise. I know it's not going to be a staggering number, up or down. I just can't seem to make the scale move, which is highly frustrating. But thanks to you, Shari, I've changed my focus to not be so obsessed with losing and i now focus on keepin' on keepin' on. This part of my journey has to be forever. I will weigh in so I don't feel left out though!!!!
