Okay folks, time for a new accountability post!!! Did we all exercise today. Post your brags if you will, and if you aren't posting them you're going to want to post them tomorrow!!! What a way to get people to exercise, huh?? I'm sneaky like that.
today for me......
40 minutes on the elliptical -- 2.3 miles, burned 503 calories
7 minutes stair master - .67 miles, burned 87 calories
I did the circuit today for my weight training, 15 minutes.
So chime in and let me know how much sweat we produced today!!!
If you believe FitDay, I spent 456 calories by driving my car for 5 hours and 30 minutes. (While wearing a surgical binder and not murdering the teenager in the backseat.)
No exercise allowed until my CT scan tomorrow...although I can't lie-- I walked about 3/4 mile on the beach last night, on accounta cuz I felt like it.

I went to the gym this morning but unfortunately ate it back and then some later in the day! I will still reap the cardio conditioning benefits, though...so I'll take it.
I know I have said this before, but I will never step on a Stair Master again for as long as I live. You are crazy, Donna!
P.S. - does driving really do that?! The hell? I need to take another cross-country drive like the one I did this spring!
Richard Simmons and I had a 25 minute date tonight, doing cardio and weight resistance...It hurt like hell, but i am pretty sure it always hurts like hell when you are just getting back on the horse...
I am feeling good that I finally got off my ass...It may be sore rigth now, but I got off it none the less
