Abstinence - Day 194
Last night I gave my first lead in 20 years. I found myself being very emotional near the end of it, and I think this was because I am so grateful for how far I've come, and for the OA program.
Breakfast
1 large banana
1 cup raisin bran
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 medium whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
9 prunes (small), equal to 1/4 cup
2 cups water
Dinner
Leftover Classic Beef Stroganoff
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can vegetable soup
17 grapes or 1/4 cantaloupe
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
