Abstinence - Day 193
Yesterday was a good day for me, since I did not have anything after the church service except coffee, and only drank a 5-calorie light lemonade by Minute Maid at choir rehearsal. After the church service, they were celebrating someone's birthday, so birthday cake as well as cookies were served. Since my husband's eating is affected by how much I eat, he ate only a piece of cake and some coffee. When I was eating three cookies at church, he ate about nine or ten cookies! And he's diabetic, so I better keep my act together! At choir rehearsal, at the break, they had small chocolate chip cookies and chocolate donut holes available. When I was alone, I was tempted, but I didn't eat them, because God and I would know, and that's enough to keep me away from them!
Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 medium whole wheat pocket breads (110 calories apiece) with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 peach
2 cups water
Dinner
Tilapia filet seasoned with lemon pepper seasoning on griddle
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
By the way, I had a dream last night that I ate a couple pieces of chocolate, even though I knew in the dream that it was not on my food plan. I felt bad about breaking my abstinence in the dream!

LOL @ your dream... I feel guilty when I cheat in my dreams too... but it is usually a man not chocolate! LMAO
