Obesity Rate in U.S. Still Climbing

and yet, the ideal to which we are encouraged to aspire... keeps getting smaller.... I say outlaw high fructose corn syrup and see what happens!  LOL

Yeah, I heard on the news up here this a.m. that AK is at I think 13%.... must be all the seal blubber we eat?!  (bleck! NOT ME!) Oh well, I'm hoping to change those stats a bit up here :)

based on my own experience while in Alaska I'd venture a guess that alcohol plays a part...LOL and the side effects of "munchies"

LOL... you can blame dh's gut on that... but I'm fully to blame for mine :)  (I rarely drink a drop these days:)
