How are YOU staying on the Path?
We are going to San Francisco to a Giants game (not a fan, but SIL is) with DD's family, including two GS! There will be lots of walking on the Embarcadero, staying all night there by ATT park. Eating will be adventurous: So far we plan to go to the Gordon Biersch brew Pub and real chinese food. Plan is to eat reasonable portions and not get overstuffed. I have been eating pretty low cal all week, extremely busy at work and actually not that hungry...weird. Sunday...after driving home, rest. Maybe laundry
It's my mother's birthday Saturday and we are all going out to Cracker Barrel and back to my brothers afterwards for cake. I'm planning in advance what I am going to eat there. The cake will be cool whip topping instead of the sugary stuff. I am still only eating a small piece. I am trying my best to have my mind set before so I don't throw myself off too much. This is the first weekend of my open house. My problem is going to be finding time to eat, and a place to do it. I eat every 2 hours... and I am sure the realto wont want to risk having food on the floor... so I will have to find a way to sneak off every couple of hours for a bite and to brush my teeth.
I am just SO aware that hunger will cause a binge....
