Neener- Have you tried the SF FF Angel Food cake? It's unbelievably light on calories-- I think I recall a 1/4 of a cake (A very large hunka cake!) being something like 110 calories, no fat, 21 carbs, 4 proteins. Add a little smooshed up fruit or yogurt, and it's quite tasty. :) The bakery sections of most supermarkets sell the stuff.

Shari, They always talk about good carbs and bad carbs.  I'm assuming this angel food cake would be a bad carb?  Do you think that matters?  I'm trying to learn to choose more of the good ones in hopes it will speed up my weight loss.  I'm no expert though. I know fruits are good and to stay away from enriched white flour. In the words of Dave Mason-- "There ain't no good guy-- there ain't no bad guy--- there's only you and me, and we just disagree." In other words-- I was just tossing it out as an alternative to the full fat variety. I tend not to eat much in the way of bakery food because it doesn't do anything nutritionally for me-- and what ain't for me is against me, if you know what I mean.
