Breakfast
3/4 cup grape juice
1-1/4 cups Cream of Wheat
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 medium whole wheat pita breads with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 thin slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 apple
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh Special Chicken Cacciatore
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 1% milk

I love pita's too. For lunches, like Kitties, I've been making pita sandwiches. The whole wheat ones from Meijer are GREAT!!! 1/2 pita sandwich with a little mayo (soon to be switching to light), and 2 oz's of Sara Lee BBQ Chicken from the Deli...YUMMY!!!
Hmmm, haven't tried tuna with pita bread. Just might have to do that soon.
some is good - some is terrible.
I like the box that says healthy harvest. it is brown and green - cant remember the brand though! LOL
