well I guess we will have to have a daily accountability post for all of us!!! here is my menu from yesterday.... yes I ate 2 sorbet... so what!  My calorie goal was 1951 to lose 3lbs a week.  My weight this AM was 321.5

Wasa is my salvation :)  you find it near the crackers - usually next to the Rye Crisp.

I use the sourdough wasa because it only has 35 calories per piece.  It is crunchy and wonderful topped with all sorts of things!  Like Egg and Miracle whip or tuna or turkey and hummus.... here is a page with all their products http://us.wasa.com/wasa/smpage.fwx?page=169&main=products just click on one of the packages to get the nutrition info for that variety. I highly recommend this product!

Christa - I'm with you - I can't eat breakfast, but I have a FiberOne bar. They are awesome and taste good too.. only 150 calories. They keep me full -a couple times they've kept me full until 2 (I forgot to eat lunch!). You can get them in the same place as the other granola bars and stuff. Check it out :)

Awesome job on posting your food!  I've been slacking on doing mine on the daily plate. Need to get back to that.  Perhaps that's because I'm messing up a little more and don't want to acknowledge that.  Ahh well. I'll get back on track sooner or later. A couple things I noticed. You're beating yourself up and feeling guilty about things that are really an accomplishment!  "2 bites of cake" ... Nothing wrong with having a little cake babe.  "a little bit of Sweet and Sour sauce for taste." ... You say it like it's a bad thing..  nothing wrong with having some sauce.  Food is SUPPOSED to taste good. If you make everything bland then you'll go back to eating the wrong way.  You have to spend some time preparing your food and making it presentable and tasty. You can still do all that without the calories and feel good about it.

GOOOO  Christa!!!!  You are the shizzle dizz. My fud today: Bunch of 50-50 coffee whey protein - 1/2 scoop + 1/2 c oj (125 cal) High protein soup + 1/2 c bell pepper fresh (90 cal) Whey protein powder, 1 full scoop in coffee + 1/4 c kashi cereal (175 cals) 1.5 cups Tuna casserole + 2 ounce large roll + cabbage with low fat dressing on it + 1/4 c sweet pickles + diet pepsi (about 600 cal) Low on veggies today, needed a piece of fruit. One more snack woulda done me better.
