Breakfast - Sugar Free Red Bull Lunch - A bowl of my dad's Homemade Chili - yes it was spicy and yummy! - 2 bites of chocolate cake <--- BAD Christa Bad!!!! :) - 1 Alli Pill hehe - 16 ounces of Water Snack (If I get hungry) - Low fat Light String Cheese Dinner - Stir fry Broccoli, Chicken Breast, and Pineapple chunks with a little bit of Sweet and Sour sauce for taste. - Water - 1 Alli Pill Night time snack (if I feel I need it) - 8oz of hot tea with lemon and Equal Sweetener - Some grapes Lots of water thru out the day   Oh and I plan on walking sometime around.....8pm.

Ok - help me out... this is your planned meal for today?  don't call yourslef bad for 2 bites of cake.  GOOD is 2 bites....  BAD is the second piece!  LOL

and maybe, just maybe I can encourage you to add a yoplait light to your breakfast?  Maybe a boiled egg?  something???

I dislike breakfast so much..... but I might settle for a yogurt or grapes or peaches.....but I am still keeping my red bull :)

i'm very inspired. i should post my food too. my problem is i record everything and then eat more afterwards and don't record that. those damn evil hundred calorie packs... are you sure this is enough food?? you don't want to stunt yourself either. i'd be dying on a 10 calorie breakfast! maybe a little brown rice with dinner? are you anti-carbing? this definitely makes me feel like i eat WAY too much (which i probably do... but that is besides the point...)

nothing wrong with chili or two bites of cake. don't be so hard on yourself.

Andy - I carry a little notebook with me whereever I go... and If I eat something it goes in the book and then into the PC.  I figure eating something without writing it down is like lying to myself... you know???

oh yeah i put it in the computer immediately. its more at night, after i have "finished" eating and closed it out for the day. then i'll graze after that without bothering to turn computer back on....

I'm not so much anti-carbing but trying to stay pretty far away from them like bread and pasta...carbs in fruits are fine for me. I'm just trying to stay on ALOT of veggies and fruits for the most part and well...chicken. I realized it looks like little, but that's only today I don't know what's in store for tomorrow. Because I know if I don't have enough calories...nothing will happen.  I am glad that I brought a snack today because come top find out i might be here at wor****il 8pm....BLAH! but hey Overtime baby!

I'll post my day: B: 1/4 cup pureed taco meat, tbsp 2% cheese, tsp FF sour cream, 1 tsp salsa, 7 baked tortilla chips L: 1/4 cup pureed chili, 7 Kashi whole grain crackers, .75 oz soft cheese D: 3 slices smoked lean turkey, 1/4 cup yogurt S: 8 oz fortified skim milk w/ protein powder (Takes longer to type it than it does to eat it!) Clocks in around 680 cals-- 80g protein, 55g carbs, 10g fat

Sorry Shari, I know you HAVE to puree your food...but OMG! Seriously it makes me gag lol.  I can't even picture my chili, or a taco all pureed and what not yucky yucky yucky lol But hey you're good with it keep on puree-ing :)
