I should do something like Denise, and maybe post what I eat. Like today I have already failed a bit, but I was ok with it. I took my Alli. I had a SMALL literally SMALL like 2 bites worth of chocolate cake someone brought it to work....it was pre-cut into pieces but I cut a little piece off of it, and instead of my salad for lunch I had Chili...which Chili is good I used to eat alot of that too and lost weight. So I am content right now. You know what! I am going to post! lol
Knock that word FAILED out of your dictionary. You didn't fail even a bit, you made a choice and I think a good one. Let's put it this way, if you had not let yourself have a tiny bite of cake it could have led to going for a big piece. As for chili, YUMMY!!!! As they say, all things in moderation. That's what I'm learning right now. I know if I denied myself ice cream, even cake, or other stuff I would head right for it and off the weight loss wagon. By allowing myself to have a small treat every now and then I actually have less cravings.
YEAH Christa for turning a new chapter in your weight loss journey. YOU CAN DO IT!!!! I think it's an excellent idea to set your ticker to 20 lb increments.

I so need to fly you to Hawaii to come help me be more stylish, lol.... I'm really tired of my tomboy look, but have NO clue how to get more girlie, lol...
Anyway, you can reach your goal, it's definitely doable! I need to change my ticker, b/c right now I'm just trying to get down to 200 lbs (28 to go). Little steps are easier to tackle than giant ones all at once. We can do it!

It's all i nthe make up and hair... because today I am totaly tom boyish...hair is in a pony tail...no make up...t-shirt and bermuda short.
Now when I do my hair that means awesome makeup to go along with it and earrings, necklace...a nice little shirt and some jeans or capri's. :) Easy! :) But you can still fly me to hawaii :) I'm up for that WOOHOOO!!!! :)
