Green Tea Tablets

Next question....... I received a bottle of Green Tea Tabs with an order of vitamins. What's it for?  I tried to look it up online, but didn't really get a decent answer. Has anyone taken them?  What does it do?  Is it worth taking? Thanks! Bren

I heard Green tea boosts your metabolism, but not to an astonishing degree. I wouldn't bother, if I were you.
