Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup spoon size shredded wheat
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 medium whole wheat pita breads with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 peach
2 cups water
Dinner
1 cup Classic Beef Stroganoff
1 cup multi grain macaroni
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1/2 cup no sugar, low fat butter pecan ice cream

(of course I'm a fine one to talk - I eat full sugar sorbet! LOL)

but are you actually reaching your 1600 Calories??? I did a quick add up in my head and came to about 1300 (of course I didnt read a single one of your labels)...
I guess what I am saying is be careful not to eat too little either :)
