Hello I am new to obesity help.com What methods are some of you guys using for this non- surgicak weight loss? Is there anything out there effective? Feel free to respond to me anytime.

Hi Winnie! I'm fairly new here as well.. I started nutrisystem.... so far.. no comment lol Other folks seem to have been very successful in their efforts and I'm learning from them so far. Blessings!

HI LVS, great to hear from you!! So good is the food? I am not big on frozen dinners. Does it have the similiar taste? Good luck to you and tell me how it goes. I will be looking forward to your comments.

I went to a crack doctor, errr a bariatric doctor tog et appetite suppressants. They did help me lose the first 20#.....took me 6 damn months, but that scale had been STUCK for a while. Then I went to WW. Lost another 18# Now...I am using tools learned from both...bariatric foods in my briefcase to eat small meals every few hours at work...perfect for me as my work is wild and crazy and that food is hi protein, low cal. (It's expensive) WW taught me to journal and get weighed regularly for the reality check. Try all thngs until you strike the goal to eat less and move more!!!!

I just figured that the tapeworm idea is much more sexy and more in line with what people want to hear than "Eat less than you spend and you will lose weight", which is really the only weight loss program I know that works. There's hope and magic in tapewormage. Surprised you haven't tried it yet!
