Breakfast 3/4 cup grape juice 1 cup raisin bran 1 cup 1% milk 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 medium whole wheat pita breads with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo 9 prunes 2 cups water Dinner 1 thigh Chicken in Herbed Cream Sauce 1/8 serving cornbread with 1 tsp. margarine 1/2 can pineapple chunks 1 can vegetable soup 1-1/2 cups 1% milk Denise Phares or Kitties4
