Major issues....
*sigh* I lost it today. I ate eggwhites and rolled up slices of turkey... um.... 1/2 cup home made chicken-barley soup (at least I know what I put in it).. THEN on top of it.. I stuck a fork in a piece of center cut boneless pork chop I did up in the crockpot for dinner. I feel like I've been mowwing down all day and I feel ful and uncomfortable. I got back on the bike! My hip is out, but I got back on! I'm not going for the second round of it tonight though... one 30 minute session at level 3 for almost 3 miles. If I get back on tonight, I might not be able to walk tomorrow so.. I can't be foolish about it. I had my daughter run out and get me one of those scales that does the bmi, water weight and actual weight. I do have a good kitchen scale for food, but mostly I eat things I don't have to worry about. ! whole egg w/2 egg whites, 2 slices of turkey w/mustard, or a piece of turkey made in the crockpot. I bought a month's worth of nutrisystem but some of the stuff is putrid. LITERALLY! EGADS! I'm so down... I just don't want to live as a prisoner in this body.. and I can't seem to get ahead.
