Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 small whole wheat pita breads with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 peach
2 cups water
Dinner
Tilapia filet seasoned on griddle
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1-1/2 cups 1% milk

Looks like you are doing great!
I noticed you eat pita sandwiches quite alot but with just 1t of mayo.... have you ever tried hummus instead? You get 2T for 50 cals.... and it has olive oil in it which is a good fat....
if you've never tried it - you might want to!

I dont play viola myself - my son does... and he is quite accomplished. I drive to lessons, I drive to youth orchestra... I drive to camps.. I pay lots of tuition and buy strings and music and rosin and .... well the list never seems to end...
some folks make hummus by putting chickpeas (garbanzo beans) olive oil and garlic in a food processor. Me - I go to safeway and find the cheese case in the deli section.
