1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
No Lunch, just slept in until 5:00
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can New England clam chowder
1/4 cantaloupe
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
2 graham crackers
