Today I lost 1.6, which wipes out what I gained over the last two weeks (1.2 last week and 0.4 two weeks ago). I was truly afraid of another gain because I am expecting TofM in a few days. This week I really reined in the use of WPAs (especially on starchy snacks), focused on eating natural foods most of the time, and made some shifts in my exercise routine, including starting to work with hand weights to reduce the skin hang on my arms. I had my eye on a pair of jeans on The Gap's website, and today I finally decided to take the plunge. They were priced low enough that I can work the rest of my budget around them.
