the best thing to get if you have to get chinese is to get steamed veggies/veggies & chicken/veggies and tofu. get the sauce on the side and use it sparingly. if you're getting take out, measure out your rice when you get home cause its really easy to overeat. of course, this is no fun at all, which is why i rarely get chinese. i'd rather just make my own stir-fry. the good stuff/bad for you stuff i used to eat is just not appealing anymore. i do really like the chicken fried rice that lean cuisine makes...
