Abstinence - Day 184
I took your criticism and concern too seriously. I have been making unhealthy choices lately, and I can't blame you for questioning me. Starting today, there will be no candy with DVDs, just Slimfast bars and popcorn. Starting tomorrow, there will be no cookies after church, and I will make healthy choices after dinner, like graham crackers - no donuts! Thank you for your concern!!!
Breakfast
1 whole wheat English muffin with margarine
3/4 cup grape juice
2 scrambled eggs
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
1 cup cornmeal mush
3/4 cup 1% milk
Dinner
1 thigh leftover chicken in herbed cream sauce
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
17 grapes
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1 large Slimfast bar (220 calories)
3 cups popcorn
2 cups water
