Yes, fitday! A weekly report called where are my calories coming from over the past week. I use the free version, plenty for what I want it for. Regardless of some trouble that some have reported entering values of food, i only enter the fat, protein and carbs, which is the basic make up of most food (not alcohol, LOL) and is the bottom line.
Fitday has a sister site called dietfacts.com which i really love...has thousands of store/restaurant items that can be dropped into your personal data.
Ok mine is a bit different., because I use the daily plate... let me see if I can make this work(ish) what I did was figure the averages and create a custom food with it.... LOL this will be easier if I do it on Saturday next week! then I can get a report from the daily plate! I think this looks pretty good!
