Actually, it is simply that... until you hit extremes. I consume about 1/5 of what my BMR requires to run my body, which is rigoddamndiculous--so of course I am holding for a while. Thing is, once my body starts to basically eat itself, it *should* use what's left of my energy stores to give me a little push to go and procure more vittles or something... and the losses should continue. OR SO THEY SAY....MWAHH AHHH AHH.
