Forgive me my trespasses, last night I had 3 beers too many and ate 2 slices of Spinach Chicken Alfredo Pizza (first time since March 15th I've been this bad....but is it?) God it was heavenly.....I know the ol' spincter deity is going to make me pay for it.....so there is my penance.
Forgive me for the sins of this coming weekend......I'm gonna have 3 more beers too many and Yager Schnitzel......It's a special occassion and I've been so good for 5 months now (to the day).....55 lbs. aint nothing to shake a stick at. 20 more before Christmas and I know I can do it.

And while we're at it...I snapped a little last night too cleaning up the kitchen. I have told you guys that once in a while, I snarf bites of food I'm putting away for lunches. Well last night I ate another 1/2 stuffed bell pepper after supper! THEN my DH had the last of pecan cookies I had made him some time ago. I ate 2 small bars with a smidge of vanilla ice cream on them.
That lil escapade cost me about 400 caloires. I was at 1300 calories for the day before that.
