SO FAR...SO GOOD
It's been ten days of dieting and I've lost 5 lbs! Some of this most likely is water due to cutting out all that salty fast food. I'll take it while it lasts and use it to motivate for the rest of this week. I am happy to say that I don't miss the fast food nearly as much this week as I did last week. I was hungrier last week too. I need to try and exercise more though since I really don't get any at work. At least I am exercising some. The more weight I lose the more it will motivate me to increase it. I am out of shape! My butt starts hurting after fifteen minutes on my stationary bike. You'd think with all my padding that wouldn't be the case. My husband rigged a pillow on it last night and hopefully it will help. The seat that's on it doesn't have much padding. If it doesn't help I could always resort to floor exercises, which I find extremely boring. We'll see. Next month it will be cooler outside, so no excuses. I know the support from this board has helped me and for that I am grateful. I need someone on my side to encourage me or kick me in the butt when I need it, whatever works. Thanks guys. Brenda
