Ok.. so I did it again
I never did eat in the middle of the night and for that I'm grateful. After about 8:30 P.M. I'm pretty much home free, unless I've been starving myself and then it could be till about 12:00 A.M., if I'm up that late. Are you going to bed too hungry or is this something you've always done? For me the worst time is after supper till about 8:30 P.M. All my life I loved to snack between these times and it is such an engraved habit it drives me nuts!! Sounds like you've got a good exercise thing going. Keep up the good work and it will pay off and you've got all of us behind you. Have a good day and keep that dancing up. Brenda

You know, there are scales that show water weight vs. fat. I found that Bed, Bath, and Beyond has a great selection of bathroom scales. You might also check them out online, too. I hear Tanita and Weigh****chers are the best. I don't retain much water, but I do notice that I weigh more in the summer (humidity) than in the winter months. Weird, huh? Bren
