I just GOT here-- didn't see the question!
SigOt takes my monthly weigh in pics-- for others I use a timer. I crop them and resize them in Photoshop. I store them on my AOL FTP space if I want to share alink (like I did with this board the other day.) You can also use an HTML code to just put the photos right here, but I don't like to have the site itself hosting my junk.
