Thanks for thinking of me - I'm doing good. Most of the storm hit the "Big Island", but we got some rain and wind - which knocked my power out a few times yesterday. The earthquake also hit the big island, but it wasn't big enough this time to be felt over here. Today it's kind of spitting rain, but I went and hiked my 3 miles anyway. The rain cooled me off, so that was a plus :)
I saw your post about how you're feeling and I hope that it gets better. You've come so far and I know how disappointing it must feel when the weight and feeling better isn't "there" like you want it to be, but I know it will come and I know you'll be happy with your results. I know this has been said many times, but just takes things a day at a time, that's all you can do. Sending lots of Aloha your way!!!!
