If you're talking about the pepper jack cheese rice... It's not that high in carbs (which is amazing). If it was white rice perhaps it was the simplicity of the carbs that made you crave more simple carbs/sugars.   Try cutting out white grains at dinner time and see what happens.  Sometimes there isn't really anything that can be found that triggered it. It's just the nature of the beast... You could try focusing on ways to stop it once it's started as well.  I haven't mastered that one yet myself but I've had a few success. I typically scream NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO and slam the food down on the table sometimes spilling it.   It's drastic but it breaks me out of the cycle. Of course then it ****** me off when I have to clean it up! lol

actually it was white rice with peppers and jack cheese in it.  That was the closest match I could find on the daily plate so I took it...LOL well the other thing that happened out of the ordinary last night....  that I just remembered.... I usually watch tv in the bedroom in the evenings.  My husband usually watches in the living room.  He is a sports and C-span kinda guy and I am a big brother and hells kitchen kinda gal... so we just don****ch together. Last night he wanted to lay down while he watched and took the bedroom.... and I was in the living room, next to the kitchen.....

I don't know what was so bad about this weekend, but I found myself craving things and grazing! I was so mad at myself at the end of the night, I too wanted to hurl.   You are right tho -Today is a new day and that is what I keep telling myself.
