Post Op Appointment - Knee

Hey Ladies and Gents:
I am feeling better now. Just arthritis and a couple of shooting pains. It's bearable. Today, I saw the doctor for my post-op appointment. I asked him how bad the tear was, he said i completely tore the mensicus off the knee on one side. He told me to be careful in bearing weight on it because I don't want to mess up the stitches. Per the doc's order, I am to be sedentary for the next 5 weeks. Yay! 
I plan to return to work next week. I am starting PT Thursday hopefully, depends on if I can locate one. My mother is leaving this Sunday. I am hesitant about her leaving, but you gotta cut the cord. I do know a couple of folks down here that can help if I need it though. I'll live. That's it. :)

Oh man, I miss my PT now-- had one for three weeks, and it really did help.
Yeah, stay off it, Bud. Watch movies and sleep a lot.
If you have a local visiting nurse, PTs can be obtained through them-- give 'em a call!
