38 pounds to my end of year Non Ops Challenge goal. Gael, I sure wish I felt better, but I don't yet and may not for some time. :( There's a lot of pain I knew I could have, but hoped somehow it'd avoid me. It hasn't. I think I'll post about it. Thanks.

I have tons, but they exacerbate the problem. the tearing of muscles in my belly and my bleeding backside both want the same thing--- rest.

Your progress absolutely astounds me. It is so amazing to me and I even see it in your feet! I see the losses everywhere. You should be so proud of yourself. I know that you are struggling with pain right now and it must be very frustrating when you've done this to improve a painful situation with your weight. I am dealing with the pain from extra weight and it stinks! I pray that it gets better day by day and your are able to start blossoming like the flower you are!
