My body, my rules, you punk. "Better" is subjective. But thanks. Glad you like it. The bottom line is fitness. When I feel better, I will feel better. Looking thinner is not the same as feeling well. I am doing everything I can and the photos confirm the work's being done, and for now, that's a good thing!

The difference is definitely amazing expecially for 5 months. Good for you! Keep up the good work, hope you continue to feel a difference in good health. ( I have the same tan process... burn until the freckles run together, The joys of having red hair)
