weekend report...howz it goin?
I didn't log my food this weekend. Weekends are always so unstructured for me. I did really good on my planned meals. I goofed up pretty good Saturday night but I had one helluva time!! The wife and I went out with one of her friends Saturday night. Needless to say I had a few too many specials. I think they were rasberry kamikazes. Hell I dunno, don't even remember what they tasted like. Evidently I was pretty loose though! I somehow ordered 20 wings and ate about 12 of them. Good thing, I imagine if I hadn't done that I would have been a lot worse. I hadn't eaten dinner when I went out. Sunday morning was a little rough but not to bad considering. After a bowl of chicken soup for breakfast (which was like 1pm...lol) and 6 bottles of water I was feelng better. Had some sushi a snack Sunday night and Pad Thai for dinner. I love that stuff. As of this morning I'm retaining some water from my weekend's expedition. I'm weighing in at 287lbs. Meh, not to bad I suppose. We'll see what happens today as I get back on my schedule. Oh I forgot to add that my bill for saturday night was $86 bucks. The specials were $4 and the wings were like $15 so add em up ladies! hehehehe WOOHOO!!
By the way, the bar ran out of the rasberry mix stuff and they started using the blue stuff they put in Blue Motorcycles.. Bad idea! That stuff will give you the WORST case of heartburn! Stay away from it! BleH!!
