you asked about what to put on a baked potato..try making some vegetarian chili beans...maybe some low fat cheese.   Also, even find a low fat gravy mix, put that over steamed broccoli and even some baked chicken on the potato..this is a comfort food!  I also buy the prepared Green Giant creamed spinach (or look for one that is pretty low in fat) and put that on the baker. Looks gross, but yum. We have a brand of nonfat sour cream in a store here...Raley's...that is insanely wonderful.  It is in a cow-spotted black and white plastic sour cream container, kind of tall and skinny.  It is fantastic.

Great ideas!  veg chilli and cheese would be good... gravy mix is sodium city... but if I could find one low enough that would be good...  arrrgh... spinnach??? oh I just dont know if I can!  (serious aversion therapy needed) I ended up getting mash instead the other night.. and it was great.  but was planning to use Ketchup if I got a baker... If it works on fries it must be ok! LOL thanks!
