OK...SCALE QUESTION...THIS MAY BE "PHYSICS"????

Ok,...I want to buy a scale. I know this was discussed a few weeks ago...Butt, I started thinking about this way of looking at it, so here goes THE question.  Does this make sence..If you weigh in at a doc's office, come home and "set" your scale to that weight, would the home scale keep being behind, or incorrect as compared to the doc's?  Is this a physics question?

Totally depends on the quality of your scale and whether or not it decides .99 = 1lb or not. There's no way to determine that one, chicky.  Sorry.

I was told (by an unreliable source) that ALL bathroom scales go "bad" because of the moisture in the bathroom. I was also told that Tanita or Weigh****chers scales were the best. So take this with a grain of salt or sugar. Brenda

Thanks mz,  I'll take the grains of the sugar AND the salt since I LOVE both, oh wait we are talkin about scales, not food!  I'll Goggle both the brands you said, see where they are sold.  No worry about the moisture in the bathroom, its sooo small, no room on the floor for a scale...lol  Good point tho, thanks

You could take your scale to the drs. office and weigh on both, and remember the difference.
