I am glad for all your sharing about fitday.com. I was afraid the company that put out the ice cream was lying to me!
Breakfast
1 cup apple juice
1-1/4 cups Cream of Wheat
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
1 large whole wheat pita bread cut in half with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 apple
2 cups water
Dinner
Last of leftover chili
1/8 serving cornbread with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
