In my opinion no food is bad for you. There are always more nutritious choices of course. If you eat smaller portions of this I'm sure it'll be fine. I would treat the asparagus as the main course and treat the fish as a side. :)
Update:
Tilapia with Blue Cheese: 595 calories if you ate the fish and an entire serving of butter, 2 T olive oil and the cheese. Chances are you won't be eating all of the butter and oil so you're probably looking at about 480-520 calories for the fish alone...
treating the fish as a side.... interesting way to look at it... I've never even considered that option...
Me, I was thinking I could do the blackened fish with Pam instead of the butter and olive oil and keep the blue cheese...
the fish is pretty harmless... the seasonings are next to free and a little blue cheese has GOT to be a good thing :) Do they make light blue cheese? Would Feta be betta???
What I've eaten is here for the world to see

This may be common sense, but I made a shake with
Vanilla Unjury
a banana,
and a scoop of non-fat, no sugar ice cream
My DH and I shared it. It was yummy!!!!!!!!! And what I like about this kind of treat is that because there's so much protein, it's filling and will hold me up till tomorrow, so I won't be grazing all night.
I would guess the calorie count would be less than 200 calories each. It was so worth the calories!
Enjoy!
