Newbie Here
Thanks for all your responses. Brenda, you don't have to change your name. I don't have a picture posted so that's one way to tell us apart. I live in MO like a few on this board, possibly close to snugglepotomus.
I plan on trying to break my fast food habit like Necee suggested one day at a time. Only problem is when I take my lunch I tend to snack on it before lunch. Determination and discipline needs to play a part. I have started taking SF Jello to work to help with this. I've been taking South Beach breakfast bars in the morning. I've been trying to cut down on bread. I hate wheat bread and have never tried whole grain. They say new habits start to form after about a month. I also lead way to much of a sedentary life. Sitting behind a desk all day and as we all know your still tired when you get home. I have a stationary bike in my basement so I've got to get into a routine of doing this. It's been way too hot in St. Louis lately to walk outside!
