Breakfast 1 banana 1 cup raisin bran 1 cup 1% milk 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Lunch 1 large whole wheat pita bread cut in half with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices baked ham, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo 9 prunes 2 cups water Dinner 1 thigh Chicken in Cream Sauce 1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine 1/2 can pineapple chunks 1 can vegetable soup 1-1/2 cups 1% milk Denise Phares
