calling computer geek squad!!

so - I figured out to take a pic of myself with my cellphone, and e mail it to myself.  Is there a way to get it onto my profile?????

Make it your avatar . Do you still remember how to do that?  click on your picture, and change your profile and there's a link to change your avatar.

The picture is in my e mail under saved on pc.  when i click on browse, I cant make it come up.  I'm trying to see if i can get it into photobucket and transfer it somehow. I bet my 9 year old could figure it out!!

Oh oh oh ... it might only take Jpegs instead of BMP's.  Check to see what type of picture it allows.  If it only takes Jpegs instead of BMP's or the other way around, open the picture in windows "paint", and save as a jpeg, or bmp (which ever is allowed) and you're good to go.

My hubby helped me - that whole alphabet gave me a headache!  I think if I had kept messin' around, I woulda figured it out, but it prolly would have taken alot longer! Thanks! Howzit going with the ole band?
