1 peach
2 cups water
Dinner
Tilapia filet on griddle
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can no salt mixed vegetables or 1 can vegetable soup
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
