This morning I weighed 182.5. DOWN a half pound from before vacation! My loss since February 2007 is officially 16.5#. I am sooo stoked. August is starting great!

Alright-- since you're all being scale obsessive, I guess I will trek on down to the club and see what sort of lubs I am packin'. not scale obsessive exactly..had naother doc appointment today so happens and that was the last thing I expected! I don't trust my home scale enough. Doc scales are the toughest around!
