Get a spray bottle or squirt bottle and mix your lotion or oil with water to make the sprayer work or stand in the shower and squirt it over your shoulder and hopefully you hit all the right spots..... No bad idea. You might not can bend down to rinse the shower and you might slip. I would put a towel on the floor and then try it.
