Abstinence - Day 167
Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup Kix cereal plus some Rolling Oats cereal (used them up)
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 large whole wheat pita breads with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices baked ham, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
9 prunes
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with white sauce
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
17 grapes
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream
2 cups water
I will be weighing myself early Friday afternoon for July.
