Chicago...

Thanks everyone!!! Oh let me tell you, the first thing I am going to eat is a freaking hot dog, I am obsessed with hot dogs LOVE them I could eat them every day! I even worked at A&W for 5 years and still love them...Koegels hot dogs only in michigan They're the BEST but i am going to see if chicago's are better! :) And yes I will probably end up going to a pizza place I mean it is Chicago! Thank you ALL for giving me so many places to see and eat at and what not!

We have a restauarant here called Matt's Chicago Dog.  I must say it is quite very yummy!!

Christa I know others have mentioned Gino's or Uno's, BUUUUUTTTTTT, the best Chicago pizza is from Lou Malnotti's.  My explaination can't do it justice, but here I go...  The buttery  deep thick crust, the layers of sausage, homemade sauce, tons of ooey gooey cheese--omg, it is soooooo good!  And try the Malnotti salad--also to die for!!!  And just because it's a salad, don't think good for you--it's the exact opposite!!!  Lou's all the way baby!!!

Well just thought i should let you all know, I have chosen a pizza place to go to. Because one night I was watching the Food Network and it was about chicago pizza and what not and they had this place that has "Pizza Pot Pies" well I found the place and I am SO going! Which I figure it can be a good price because my mother and I like to split things so we dont over eat. So I looked at their menu and I decided on the half pounder pot pie to split for a whole 9.95 and Mediterranian Bread ahh I can't spell hahah. Thats a whole 6.65....cheap! And if it was on TV its yummy! :) The place is "Chicago Pizza and  Grinder Co." And I believe we are going to make a stop at "Superdawg"

Both good choices. Although Superdawg is more of a touristy hot dog stand...  But they have good dogs.  I actually live about 10 minutes east of there.  Enjoy your time in Chicago!!!!!!!

Christa, you're going to be in the Lincoln Park are when you go for pizza.  If you have time, I would walk 4 blocks south to Armitage ave.  They have sooooo many great little boutique shops that sell all kinds of stuff.  It can be a bit pricey, but I like to go and window shop and once and a while you can find a great deal on some earrings or a purse.  And now is actually a good time to go becuase they are getting ready to put autumn stuff out so summer items are on sale--I love a good sale.

Anyway, just a thought, I know what a fashionista you are!!!!!

OH yea! Woohoo Purses! I will drag my mom and tell her ok....lets walk that pizza off and go window shopping! Woohoo thanks!
