This is all about that STUPID accountability I'm always talking about. LOL  Ok ok, so here goes. On Monday morning I stepped on the demon and the unreasonable number I told everyone about was 245.  I was like HOLY ****!!!!  So I was mad, angry, sad, pissed off...did I mention mad?  So I went right back to phase 1.  Now, I knew that I was 237 like  last Saturday morning. I knew that I had visited with family and had eaten some salty hor douveres (sp?) AND I drank alcohol.  HELLO, I don't drink alcohol, what am I a freak?  So I knew the 245 wasn't a good number but it was good enough for me to stand up and take notice!!!! This morning I did the weigh in, totally prepared to have gained, just not sure how much.  Sooooo, I know, get on with it for godsakes.  237.5.  I am up 2.5 pounds.  I guess it's better than 10, but I really wanted to at least stay the same.  So record me for 1 .5 pound gain.  Um, can I say I lose 7.5 pounds since Monday? LOL   I make no promises for September 1, LOL.

I've gained 5   This summer with the kids home and vacations and birthday and stuff is turning out to be MUCH harder than I had anticipated.  I used to think winter was hard because you can't get outside much, but I did far better during the winter months because I stayed home and exercised in my living room while the kids were at school.  Roll on Autumn. I'm at 345.4 as of last Sunday, which makes me down by 9.6 lbs.  So I'm pretty much on target, even with my bum leg and less exercise last month.  Hopefully my doc will find out what in the world is going on so I can get going again with my exercise plan.

Tali, I am too scared to weigh in. I'm going to try and not weigh for a while. Can I check in next month? For my own sanity.
