Update on meh.

Stinkin Knee: Got a call last Friday from the surgery scheduler. They have to move my surgery to August 7 due to a scheduling conflict... Ugh! Pretty soon I'll be ready to amputate. My other leg is starting to hurt because I am placing most of the weight on it. Cable: Back up and running! =) The cable man said he put a tag on my line to so the auditor wouldn't come and do that same **** again. Excusez moi francais. ;) Hopefully it works.. Weight: Could be worse.. I am staying steady.. :) I gained half a pound which I know is water or either the salad I ate. I had a big one. :) Last night I had 20 wings and a salad. I love protein! Too bad it couldn't be carbs. :( This has been my meals pretty much since being off my knee. In other news.. (Rant Alert): My sister calls me Sunday talking about she wants to come down while my mother is here. First you all have to understand the family dynamics.... We all have those. My sister thinks she is grown (28), but is no growner than 7 year old still sucking their thumb. I told her I would call her back and because I needed to talk to my mom to see what they conjured up. She hangs the phone up in my face. That pissed me off to the tee. I have a low tolerance for stupidity. I called my mother and she said, "Oh it'd be great if we were all down there." I said "HELL NAWL. What is wrong with you? The minute she snaps that will set me off and I don't want to deal with the two of yall while I am off."  They have their moments like all any other family members, but some of **** is unnecessary and unnrational.  I would like to recooperate in peace...  I have yet to return her call.    You don't hang up in my face, be an adult!  I don't talk to my sister much, just to hear her voice irritates the hell out of me. She has fawked up alot **** for me.. I refuse to have her come fawk up my time off.  

Man, we'd all be terrible invalids! That is very whack that your surgery got moved.  I'd be SUCH  a ***** Ummm, as for your family traumas, I'd say you better play your "my knee is killing me card" and that's why you may not be in the best mood lately.   Your sister did act like a baby right here in this story. But your mom may not want this kind of relatively minute things like hanging up in your ear getting in the way of seeing everybody together.  (I am playing mom-advocate right now.) I would ignore that kind of thing myself. I'd probably let her know she is such a tard for it, but then drop it.  I'm sure there is a LOT more to the sister story, not just this one time, sounds like. But even still i would say play the card that you don't feel that good righ tnow, and may not be around.  If sister is still all jerkified, you can just say, well time to go my knee is KILLING me.  Don't let her know she is getting to you, i s'wan that is why that kind of person does it, to get the pot stirred. When you get pissed back at her, you just look as immature as she is!
