Holy crap this is a killer. I did a whopping 3 minutes on the exercise bike and just walked a half mile. It's hard to walk with your shoulders up around your ears, which is my general stance since I am guarding my belly!
Tomorrow-- swimming. Exercising every day, whether it hurts or not.
