Happy Birthday BFRENCH!!!! Sorry I am getting rally bad at this....
Hey there Angela. Don't sweat it. And thank you very much. I had a great day. I caught up with old friends. We went out to dinner and then had a carriage ride in St. Louis. I was a lot of fun. And the best part was that my sister-in-law looked after the kids so hubby and I got to have a kid-free night out. Thanks again for the birthday greeting and don't even worry about the day late thang.
Habib Earthday, as my Indian friend used to tell me!

Yeah for getting out kid free, I bet that was great! I went to St. Louis for an IMA (Institute of Management Accountants) seminar a couple of years ago. We went up into the arch and it was lovely until someone pointed out that if you put your hands on the top or the side you can feel it moving with the wind! Then it was time for me to get the he!! outta there.
We then went to Union Square and found a bar that was having happy hour....four marguritas later we went back to the bus; we decided to go back to the hotel to drink in their bar so if we had to crawl it would only be to the elevator. HAHA!
A couple of hours later we decided to take one of those carriage rides. It was a beautiful way to see the city! I had drank myself sober by that time so I really enjoyed the ride. We even got pictures of the lady and her horse.....it was fun!
We went up in the arch once about 15 years ago. We were looking down and it was like, "Oh look how tiny the cars look from up here. I wonder if we can see our car. Oh look. It's the teeny tiny little blue one down there------with it's LIGHTS STILL ON!! Auuugghhh! This car was not the most reliable at the best of times. So we got out of there in a hurry as well. Luckily for us the car still started when we got there.
